1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User" or "you") and nv999 (hereinafter "nv999", "we", "us" or "the Platform"), accessible at https://nv999.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, features and content made available through the nv999 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, instant games and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a wager or otherwise engaging with any nv999 service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the nv999 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the nv999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and nv999.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on nv999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. nv999 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process, and any Account found to have been opened by an underage user will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited or returned in accordance with applicable law.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any guardianship, court order or other legal restriction that would prevent you from forming contracts.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. nv999 does not confirm or guarantee the legality of its Services in any specific territory, including Pakistan.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts, including through family members sharing payment methods or devices, may result in all accounts being closed and balances reviewed.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or any other voluntary or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from gambling.

4. Account Registration

To create an Account, you will be required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid phone number. You must not use fictitious details, false identities or information belonging to another person.

Upon registration, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process before deposits, withdrawals or full access to all Services are enabled. Acceptable KYC documents may include a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport or driver's licence), proof of address and, in some circumstances, proof of payment method ownership.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. nv999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where credentials were shared or inadequately protected by the Account holder.

You agree to notify nv999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. All communications regarding your Account will be conducted via the email address registered to your Account unless another channel is established with the support team.

5. Terms of Use

By accessing or using the nv999 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law and generally accepted standards of conduct in online gaming environments. Specifically, you agree that:

• You will use the Platform for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial purpose unless expressly agreed with nv999 in writing.
• You will not attempt to circumvent or interfere with any security, technical or operational systems of the Platform.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets, access information or interact with the Platform in any manner not approved by nv999.
• You will not attempt to exploit errors, miscalculated odds, software glitches or system faults for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• You will conduct yourself respectfully when interacting with the support team and other users. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory conduct will result in Account suspension.
• You will not use the Platform to launder money, facilitate fraud or engage in any other financially illicit activity.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds wagered. nv999 does not guarantee winnings.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

nv999 facilitates deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of payment methods. The availability of specific payment methods — which may include familiar options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT) — is confirmed in the cashier at the time of transaction and is subject to change without advance notice.

Payment Provider Disclaimer: References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and any other payment brand are used as familiar context for Pakistani users only. They do not imply that those providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activity on nv999.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are specified in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Requests made before KYC is complete will be held pending until documentation is provided.
• Withdrawals must be processed back to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible, as part of anti-money-laundering controls.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. Target timescales are provided as estimates only.
• nv999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request without prior notice. This may extend processing time.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or third-party payment accounts may be declined or subject to additional review.
• nv999 does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. Always check with your payment provider.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

nv999 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback arrangements and other incentive structures from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any associated winnings are typically subject to a wagering requirement (play-through) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiple is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credits expire if not used or wagered through within the stated validity period.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, live casino games and table games may contribute differently — refer to the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: A maximum bet restriction applies when a bonus is active. Placing bets above this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Abuse: nv999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or void winnings derived from it if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer or placing bets designed to exploit promotion mechanics.

All bonus terms are published in full at the time of offer. nv999 does not alter bonus terms retroactively to the detriment of players once an offer is actively claimed, except where fraud or abuse is established.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

nv999 provides sports betting across cricket (including Pakistan national cricket, PSL/T20 and ICC tournaments), football, tennis, UFC, esports and other sports, as well as casino games including slots, live dealer tables and instant games. The following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once accepted by the system. Bets may not be cancelled or altered after acceptance unless a specific cash-out feature applies and is exercised within the permitted window.
• In the event of a technical fault, data feed failure or obvious pricing error, nv999 reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• For sports events that are abandoned, postponed or not completed within the specified timeframe, bets are subject to the applicable settlement rules published in the sports betting product.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and event. These are set at nv999's discretion and may vary by player account.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot and casino games are supplied by the respective game studios and are subject to those studios' own testing and certification. nv999 does not modify game outcomes.
• nv999 has no official partnership with PCB, PSL, ICC, any cricket board, football league or sports team. References to these competitions and organisations are used as sports context only.

9. Responsible Gambling

nv999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is a form of entertainment with financial risk attached. It is not a strategy for generating income and outcomes are not predictable. Every account on nv999 has access to the following responsible gambling tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at regular intervals during a gaming session.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the nv999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the underlying platform code — is either owned by nv999 or licensed to nv999 by the relevant third-party supplier. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, translated, published or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of nv999 or the relevant rights holder.

Third-party game content, including slot titles, live dealer interfaces and sports data feeds, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and technology providers. nv999 holds appropriate licences for the display and operation of such content on the Platform. No inference of ownership of third-party content should be drawn from its presence on the Platform.

The nv999 name, logo and associated brand marks are proprietary. They may not be used by third parties for any commercial, promotional or representational purpose without express written authorisation from nv999.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The nv999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While nv999 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and service quality, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nv999 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where account security measures were not maintained by you;
• Any delay, loss or corruption of data transmitted over the internet;
• The acts, omissions or policies of third-party payment providers;
• Any event outside nv999's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, force majeure events, regulatory actions or third-party service failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nv999 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the Platform, whether in your own name or using details of other persons;
• Providing false, inaccurate or incomplete information during registration or at any point during KYC verification;
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits;
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events or any form of corruption related to markets offered on the Platform;
• Using any form of automated software, artificial intelligence, betting bot or mechanical system to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-format games;
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than genuine play;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection or using gambling activity as a mechanism for moving illicit funds;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals that are not justified by genuine technical error or unauthorised transaction;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, overloads or interferes with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

nv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other Prohibited Conduct;
• KYC verification is not completed within the required timeframe or satisfactory documentation is not provided;
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received from the Account holder;
• The Account is inactive for a period defined in the Platform's dormant account policy;
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires nv999 to do so.

Where an Account is closed and a positive PKR balance exists, nv999 will make reasonable efforts to return funds to the Account holder via the original payment method, subject to verification and the absence of any grounds for forfeiture under these Terms.

If you wish to voluntarily close your Account, you may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to your use of the nv999 Platform shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which nv999 holds its operating licence, as published in the official licence documentation. Where applicable licence information is published by nv999, it will be made available in the Platform's official documentation. nv999 does not fabricate licence numbers or claim regulatory approval it does not hold.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, you acknowledge that Pakistan has domestic gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that determining whether your participation is lawful is your sole responsibility. These Terms do not constitute legal advice. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and mandatory applicable local law, the applicable law takes precedence to the extent of the conflict.

15. Amendments to These Terms

nv999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, nv999 will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels: a notification displayed on the Platform at login, an email to the registered Account email address, or a prominent notice on the Terms & Conditions page.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

The date displayed at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last reviewed. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
